Three Reasons to Stretch Today

Stretching (and mobility) exercises are often overlooked and skipped in the fitness journey of many. But did you know that there are five health related components of fitness and FLEXIBILITY is one of them? These five components are essential to contributing to and maintaining overall health and wellness. Flexibility is defined as the range of motion at a joint. Your ability to move through a FULL range of motion definitely affects your overall well-being. Is stretching uncomfortable? Yes! But just like God will stretch us spiritually to help us grow in different areas, you need to be stretching physically to help you be your best self.
