10/17/24: Did you change to be seen as a wife?
Hey my beautiful buddies 🌻
I don't have many married friends or wives in my circle. So, as I begin to uncover what it means to me to become a wife, im now thinking about who i am now. 🤔Am i Willing, Invested, Faithful, Evolving, Yielding? I believe i do have those qualities, but is it always me? Absolutely NOT 🙅♀️
I think becoming wifey is not for a husband, It's for me! 🙋🏽♀️ I believe that I shouldn't change who I am for a man, but I should evolve to operate with a wifey mindset, especially in the spiritual rim.
I believe being a strong woman of faith, and willing to yield to God’s will guides me to the right place to meet the God fearing man that im supposed to. I'm not trying to be the average "around the way girl, independent women, modern I do what I want type of women." I want to be a Wife of loving goodness faithfulness happiness with a home that is filled with the holy spirit with a man of God leading the home.
Im not looking for a pastor as a husband, but the men are the ones who needs to change, and the wife will come in as there help meet.
Have you heard the the Bible story about women who didn't have enough oil to light the candle for the return of the bridegroom is in the parable of the ten virgins, which is told in 🌻Matthew 25:1-13. It's a great story when you get a chance. Jesus told this parable to teach that people should always be ready because they don't know when the bridegroom will return.
I want to apply this to my daily life through constant prayer, manifesting, fasting, exercising, eating right, smelling right, speaking correctly, caring myself as a light, etc i don't want my husband to pass me up because he sees me at my worst. I want to get ready now, so I can BE READY when that time comes.

It's gives great insights on what a husband should looks like in God's eyes. After listening, I wonder if that's the reason men are not asking women to marry them anymore? because they are not changed /ready 🤔

Building on the idea of cultivating a 'wifey mindset' for myself first, I’ve been reflecting deeply on what true readiness looks like. It’s more than just spiritual alignment; it’s about a holistic evolution. When I think about Becoming a Wife, I ask myself, what practical steps can I take today to embody those qualities of being Willing, Invested, Faithful, Evolving, and Yielding, not just when it’s easy, but consistently? One key area for me has been emotional intelligence. It's about understanding my own feelings and how they impact my reactions, especially in potential partnership dynamics. Learning to communicate assertively yet compassionately, and truly listen when others speak, feels like such an important part of preparing my heart and mind for a deep connection. I’ve started practicing active listening with friends and family, and it’s amazing how much more present and capable I feel. This isn't about changing for someone, but about growing into a more understanding and empathetic Wife for myself and my future family. Another aspect of How did you manifest this future is through intentional self-care routines. The article touched on "smelling right, speaking correctly, caring myself as a light." For me, this translates to prioritizing my physical and mental well-being. Regular exercise isn't just for appearance; it boosts my energy and confidence. Eating nourishing foods helps me feel clear-headed and vibrant. And 'caring myself as a light' means setting healthy boundaries, engaging in activities that ignite my joy, and protecting my peace. When I feel whole and radiant, I believe I naturally attract the right kind of energy and people into my life, aligning with the vision of a loving, God-centered home. I’ve also come to realize the immense value of community. While I mentioned not having many married friends, I've actively sought out mentors and joined groups that support personal and spiritual growth. Hearing from women who are thriving in their marriages, or even navigating challenges with grace, offers invaluable perspective. It helps me visualize what a healthy, faith-filled partnership truly looks like, and gives me practical insights I might not gain on my own. It’s like having a team cheering me on, reminding me of my goals for Becoming a Wife and for my overall well-being. Finally, the concept of being Invested goes beyond just showing up; it means being fully present and committed to my own growth journey. It’s about being proactive in seeking wisdom, learning new skills (even small ones like better financial management), and nurturing my relationship with God. This continuous evolution makes me feel truly ready, not just waiting for a partner, but actively building the life I want to share. It's a powerful feeling to know that I'm becoming the woman I'm meant to be, for me, and for the beautiful future that awaits.
In the morning when I expressed my gratitude I would thank god in advance “Thank you in advance for my loving husband”Thank you in advance for my beautiful union” then boom 💥
