Eczema Must Haves

Im a person that has had eczema since i was 1 and i still have it at 24. My eczema isnt flare ups here and there it is a constant full body thing for me with just a few areas that aren’t covered in eczema. Ive been through alot of home remedies, doctors, lotions, and creams heres a few items that have really helped me lately I know a few things are a little weird so I’ll explain

Olive oil:

After your bath or shower you’ll pat yourself dry and apply olive oil to your body (before lotion)

Is moisturizing, possesses anti-inflammatory properties, anti-bacterial properties, and can promote skin regeneration

Goat milk:

Youll add the goat milk to your bath and soak for 15-20mins

Is moisturizing, soothes the skin and helps reduce inflammation
