This is why I lose fat without eating less

1. I ate more volume, not less food

I stopped chasing tiny "low calorie" snacks that left me starving. Instead, I started building meals with fiber + protein that actually kept me full. Think:

• Huge salads with chicken + avocado

• Stir fry with lean beef and 2x the veggies

• Overnight oats with Greek yogurt and berries

2. I stopped being scared of carbs

Carbs weren't the enemy - my timing and portions were.

So I shifted them to earlier in the day when I needed energy most. Oats for breakfast, rice at lunch, light carbs at dinner. Easy.

3. I made protein the main character

Protein is the only thing that curbed my cravings. laimed for 20-30g per meal, and my hunger finally chilled out. No more snacking every 2 hours.

4. 1 started tracking smarter (not obsessively) l used to feel anxious opening a calorie app.
