The truth the Customs wants to tell:
❌ "No Tax Exemption for Gifts" is a special case.
❌ the words "Happy New Year" or tick the box "Gift" on the box page...Can't help with tax cuts.
Tax thinking guidelines:
Based on the "market price" of the product (not 0 baht, even free)
Taken together with "insurance charge + freight."
If the total exceeds 1,500 baht = immediate tax!

If the tax assessed is "too expensive" or more expensive than the value of (Sentimental Value)
