🍩 Part-Time Review Mister Donut 1 Month. How's the job? Can inexperienced people do it?
Hello, today we will review our Part-Time experience at Mister Donut.
We've been doing it for about 1 month because we're doing school holidays.
The branch we do will have 2 shifts.
☀️ morning shift
It's a shift to open a shop. All you have to do is
- Donut makeup (branch that we do not fry donuts ourselves)
- After donut makeup is done, bring the donuts into the tray to prepare for sale.
-Prepare orange juice and lemon tea machine
For us, the hardest thing of the morning shift is to make up the donuts in time to open the store. If you get in the morning alone, you have to hurry up.
⭐ afternoon shift.
The afternoon shift will be the one that has closed the store.
For us, this shift is pretty childish.
- Not sold out donuts (the shop will be donated)
- Wash the doughnut tray. Wipe and collect.
-Sweep the shop, rub the shop, wipe clean the donut cabinet
-Wash Orange Juice Maker and Lemon Tea Machine
The accounting work or sales summary, we do not do because the manager is the manager.
📌 The functions of each branch may not be the same. Some branches with Arigato may have to help make water.
💖 For the field we do, we feel very okay. My colleagues are cute. My siblings teach us a good job and are very kind. It is not difficult for people who have no experience in working like us to learn the job.
At first, we were secretly afraid that we couldn't do it either. But when actually doing it, the job wasn't that difficult. If you don't understand, you can always ask the elder.
Overall, we have experience, practice responsibility, and know what service work really is.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ที่ Mister Donut เป็นเวลาหนึ่งเดือน ผมอยากแชร์เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับความรู้สึกและเทคนิคการปรับตัวที่ได้เรียนรู้มาค่ะ การทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ที่นี่ไม่ได้ยากหรือซับซ้อนมากอย่างที่หลายคนคิด ถึงแม้จะไม่มีประสบการณ์มาก่อน ก็สามารถเรียนรู้และเข้าใจงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วโดยเฉพาะหากมีเพื่อนร่วมงานและหัวหน้างานที่คอยช่วยเหลืออย่างใจดี ในส่วนของกะเช้า เราต้องเน้นเรื่องความรวดเร็วและความแม่นยำในการแต่งหน้าโดนัท เพื่อให้มีโดนัทพร้อมจำหน่ายทันเวลาที่ร้านเปิด ถ้าได้กะเช้าแบบคนเดียว ต้องมีการวางแผนทำงานล่วงหน้าและจัดสรรเวลาที่ดี เพื่อไม่ให้ล่าช้าค่ะ ส่วนกะบ่ายซึ่งเป็นช่วงปิดร้าน จะเน้นงานทำความสะอาดและจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ งานที่ร้านให้ความสำคัญกับความสะอาดและคุณภาพของโดนัท รวมถึงการจำหน่ายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แม้ว่างานกะบ่ายดูจะสบายกว่า แต่ก็เป็นโอกาสดีในการลองฝึกการจัดการร้านและได้เห็นขั้นตอนหลังร้าน ในเรื่องของการทำงานร่วมกับทีม สิ่งที่ประทับใจมากคือมิตรภาพของเพื่อนร่วมงาน ที่พร้อมช่วยสอนและแนะนำ เพื่อให้เราเรียนรู้งานได้ดีขึ้น และรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม สำหรับใครที่กำลังกังวลหรือกลัวว่าจะทำงานไม่ได้ อยากให้ลองเปิดใจและสอบถามข้อมูลจากพี่ๆ ในทีม เพราะทุกคนพร้อมช่วยเสมอค่ะ นอกจากนี้ งานพาร์ทไทม์ที่ Mister Donut ยังถือเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการฝึกฝนทักษะด้านการบริการลูกค้า เช่น การให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าอย่างสุภาพ การแก้ไขปัญหาเล็กๆ น้อยๆ รวมถึงการพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารเวลาและความรับผิดชอบ ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์มากสำหรับชีวิตการทำงานในอนาคต สุดท้ายนี้ ขอแนะนำให้ผู้ที่สนใจทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ลองสมัครที่ Mister Donut เพราะงานที่นี่นอกจากจะเหมาะสำหรับคนไม่มีประสบการณ์ ยังได้ประสบการณ์จริงและเพื่อนร่วมงานที่ดีแบบที่หายากด้วยค่ะ
