consume well, balanced meals ~ aim to add 2-3 different colors in each of your meals, which is a great way to get the various nutrients your gut needs to function at optimal levels

daily movement ~ It’s important to move your body daily for at least 20 minutes, this can include daily walks. Daily movement can help to promote the diversity of beneficial gut microbes
