Your wedding will be one of the, if not the most, special moment of your life! Although it is exciting, it’s not secret how wedding planning can become overwhelming.

Here are some wedding planning tips and red flags to avoid to keep you on track for your big day!

-set a budget and avoid going over it; things add up quickly and you don’t want to end up spending thousands more than what you originally planned for

-create a timeline and stay on schedule; TIP: check on your timeline often (weekly, monthly)

-don’t allow parents or in laws to overrule decisions that you’re not comfortable with

-be communicative with ALL your vendors and don’t skip meetings. Your vendors WANT to help bring your dream wedding to life

-don’t be a bridezilla do your future partner or wedding party

-don’t allow yourself to be so overwhelmed that it takes away from your big day

-don’t forget to send out save the dates a few months prior sending the official invite

-don’t forget to track each RSVP and your guest list

-do not compare your wedding to anyone else’s

-do not do things at the last minute!
