Here are some signs that you may be experiencing a burnout and what you can do to get out of it!

Signs of a burn out ~

-constant tiredness even after long restful periods

-lack of motivation

-constant headaches

-feeling overwhelmed more often

-feeling distracted often

-poor sleep quality

-lack of productivity

-isolating from others and often canceling social plans

-drinking more alcohol and/or caffeine

-having a difficult time focusing on tasks

what to do when you’re burnt out ~

-work on improving sleep quality (aim for 7-9 hours of sleep)

-take a step back to refocus / take yourself out on a solo date

-reduce screen time

-focus on low impact workouts rather than high intensity

-work on improving work/life balance

-spend more time outside
