Habits I Didn’t Appreciate Until My 30s 🌿

In my 20s, I didn’t give much thought to routines or structure. But now, in my 30s, I’ve come to love the little habits that make my life feel calmer, cleaner, and more balanced. Here are some of those things:

🛒 Doing a proper grocery run

Having a stocked fridge filled with fresh, nourishing food keeps me on track and limits me from eating out or ordering takeout

🥤 Prepping my wellness drinks

Lemon ginger shots, green juice, celery juice, I never thought I’d be that girl, but these tiny rituals actually help me feel energized and balanced. I also find it so therapeutic to make these juices!

🍽️ Light meal prep (with zero pressure)

Even prepping just a couple meals or snacks ahead makes weekdays so much smoother. It’s not about being perfect, just being prepared and having simple ready to go meals.

🧹 Deep cleaning my home

Clean spaces = calm mind. I never thought vacuum lines and fresh sheets could bring so much peace, but here we are.
