I swear, I have the worst allergies ever and it feels like they’re only getting worse as I get older. Spring and fall hit me like a truck every single year. The moment allergy season kicks in, I’m basically useless without my daily Zyrtec. If I forget to take it? Game over. I’ll be sneezing nonstop all day, my eyes will be itchy and watery, and I’ll go through an entire box of tissues before noon.

It gets so bad that I sometimes just stay home because I don’t want people thinking I’m sick or contagious. It’s honestly embarrassing like, I know it’s just allergies, but I look like I’ve been down with the flu for three hours straight. 😩 Anyone else feel like this?

I’ve tried a few “natural” remedies here and there—local honey, diffusing essential oils, herbal teas but nothing has worked quite like Zyrtec (unfortunately). I’d love to find a more natural solution, or at least something I can pair with meds that actually helps.
