Would you call this delusional or reality? 💭
I can’t help it… I’m a hopeless romantic. I love rom-coms, cheesy romance movies, and I’ll rewatch them over and over again. My love language is affection and small acts of kindness. I’m that girl who loves getting flowers, hearing compliments, and being reminded with an “I love you” every day. Is that too much to ask for?
I adore my partner, but sometimes I wish he’d do “more.” His love language is acts of service, so for him, cleaning the house or running errands is his way of saying he loves me. And while I appreciate that, part of me still craves those movie-style gestures: the surprises, the sweet words, the little things that make you feel like you’re someone’s whole world.
So tell me honestly… am I being delusional, or is it okay to want that kind of love too?

Not delusional at all! Everyone deserves to feel cherished and adored in their own way. It's about finding balance in the relationship.
