Things like overthinking every message before sending it, replaying conversations hours later in our heads, carefully thinking about what to say and then not saying anything at all, avoiding phone calls/emails/texts, needing constant reassurance, or keeping a packed schedule so you don’t have time to spiral. It’s so easy to brush these off as “just how I am,” but recognizing them is the first step toward actually dealing with them.
