*Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, but I have knowledge and experience on what is best for me and my children. And please proceed with your own research as to what can/cannot go in your own body by looking up the Blood Type Food List.
So, Let Me Begin!
I am using 2 ingredients Clove + Cinnamon, and the picture show and tell the steps completely.
Clove is good herb for the mouth because it contains important nutrients, kills bacteria, promotes bone health, & helps toothaches.
Cinnamon is a good herb for the mouth because it’s anti inflammatory, helps fight bacteria as well and helps with smell of your breath.
This is my go to mouthwash, and it definitely help in the ways it say. Although, it does have you teeth feeling hurt a little bit for the first couple days using it. But you’ll definitely feel and smell the difference♥️
Why I don’t throw away the content?
I use it for a diy hair spray and hair oil.

Making your own DIY mouthwash at home is not only economical but also allows you to control what's going into your body. Clove and cinnamon are renowned for their health benefits, particularly in oral care. Clove oil contains eugenol, a compound known for its antibacterial and analgesic properties, which can help alleviate toothache and promote healthy gums. Cinnamon, on the other hand, boasts powerful anti-inflammatory properties and can combat bad breath effectively. To make the mouthwash, boil water and steep a combination of whole cloves and cinnamon sticks. After boiling for about 10 minutes, let the mixture cool and strain it into a clean container. The leftover spices can be repurposed into DIY hair sprays or oils, demonstrating their versatility. Additionally, it's important to know that while natural remedies can be beneficial, they should not replace professional dental care. For those curious about the best practices in natural oral hygiene, researching blood type food lists can provide personalized insights into what works best for your health. By embracing homemade solutions and learning about traditional herbal remedies, you contribute to a healthier lifestyle while avoiding unnecessary chemicals.
