Hey there my Lemon Friends 😁

So, if you caught one of my pass diary post I created a DIY Mouthwash with Clove + Cinnamon but I didn’t throw out the Clove. I wanted to reuse it for this particular reason.

I never throw out the contents I’ll find something else to use it for whether it’s hair oil or spray.

And NOPE I haven’t tried it yet. I’m this is my first go, but it’s been sitting in the jar for over a week and I’ll soon transfer it over to a bottle and start the trial ! And of course I will post results 😁#diyhairproducts #gettingmyhairdone #growingmyhair #naturalhair #products #herb #hairhealth

Let me break down why these natural powerhouses are absolute must-haves for anyone dreaming of longer, stronger hair. First up, Rosemary. This isn't just for cooking! Rosemary is a superstar when it comes to hair growth. It's known to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp, which means more nutrients can reach your hair follicles. Think of it like giving your scalp a wake-up call, encouraging those sleepy follicles to start producing healthy strands. Many people swear by rosemary for reducing hair loss and even helping with conditions like alopecia. Then there's Hibiscus. Oh, hibiscus! It's not just a beautiful flower; it's a treasure trove of benefits for your hair. Rich in amino acids, hibiscus nourishes the hair follicles, promoting healthy hair growth. It also helps to condition the hair, making it softer and shinier, and can even prevent premature graying. Plus, it has a lovely, subtle scent that makes your spray feel even more luxurious. And finally, Clove. As mentioned in the main post, I've found a new purpose for my leftover cloves! Cloves are fantastic for scalp health. They contain compounds that can improve blood circulation, just like rosemary, and have antiseptic and antifungal properties. This means they can help keep your scalp clean and free from issues that might hinder hair growth. They also add a wonderful, warm aroma to your spray. Now, let's get down to actually making this magic potion! Here's a simple recipe for your very own Rosemary, Hibiscus & Clove Hair Growth Spray: What you'll need: 1 cup distilled water 2 tablespoons dried rosemary (or a few sprigs of fresh rosemary) 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus petals 10-15 whole cloves A small pot A fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth A clean spray bottle Instructions: Boil the Water: Pour the distilled water into your pot and bring it to a boil. Add the Herbs: Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the dried rosemary, hibiscus petals, and whole cloves. Simmer: Let the mixture simmer gently for about 10-15 minutes. This allows the beneficial compounds from the herbs to infuse into the water. You'll notice the water changing color – that's a good sign!
