It's not the silky-smooth 60fps you'd get on a Series X or PC, but it felt consistent during races, even with a lot of cars on screen. There were a few moments in heavy traffic or very dense areas where I felt a slight dip, but they were momentary and didn't impact my ability to drive. Loading times are present, especially when fast traveling or starting new events, but they're manageable – grab a quick drink, and you're good to go. Overall, the gameplay feels responsive, and the controls handle well, which is crucial for a racing game. One thing I always enjoy doing is capturing cool moments from my gameplay. I've been using the built-in recording features on the Xbox to RECord some of my best overtakes and scenic drives. It's great to be able to capture in HD at 30fps, and while it's not RAW footage, the quality is decent enough to share with friends or post online. It's nice to know that even on the One S, you can still document your adventures without too much hassle. Just remember to clear some storage if you're planning on a long recording session! So, is The Crew Motorfest worth it on Xbox One S? My personal take is a resounding yes! If you're looking for an expansive open-world racer and don't plan on upgrading your console just yet, this game offers a solid, enjoyable experience.
