How to do a Front Handspring!🤩

First things first, warming up is non-negotiable! Before you even think about attempting a front handspring, make sure your back is warm and flexible. I always start with some light cardio, arm circles, leg swings, and then really focus on back flexibility with cat-cow stretches, bridge holds, and gentle backbends. Don't skip this part – it seriously helps prevent injuries and makes your movements smoother. Next, let's talk about the foundational skills. These are your building blocks, and getting them solid will make learning the front handspring much easier. Front Walkover: This is a key precursor to a front handspring. Practice getting into a controlled handstand, stepping over, and landing one foot at a time. Focus on extending through your toes and keeping your legs straight.
