Control (Self-Control): This one is huge for personal growth. Control over our thoughts, words, and actions is essential. For me, it’s been about making healthier choices, whether it's managing my time better or choosing my words carefully when I'm frustrated. It’s about allowing the Spirit to guide my impulses rather than being ruled by them. Cultivating these 'fruits' isn't a one-time event; it's a lifelong journey. I find that spending time in prayer, reading my bible verse, and being honest with myself about my struggles helps a lot.
