Overworking can subtly manifest in various forms, threatening both your mental and physical well-being. One common sign is constant fatigue; even after a full night's sleep, you may feel drained. This points to the need for your body to rest. Increased irritability is another indicator—when minor annoyances begin to grate on your nerves, it may signal that you're stretched too thin. Additionally, if you notice a decline in your productivity despite long hours, it's a clear warning that overworking could be hindering your ability to perform effectively. Physical symptoms like headaches and muscle tension serve as your body's urgent requests for a slow down. Ignoring hobbies and interests you once loved? That's another red flag that work is overshadowing personal joy. Poor sleep quality can also plague those who overwork, disrupting natural sleep patterns and leading to fatigue. Moreover, neglecting self-care routines can escalate when you're overburdened, as it becomes easy to push aside essential practices for well-being. Increased anxiety levels and frequent illnesses might also occur, indicating serious stress and exhaustion. Prioritizing your health and making conscious efforts to balance work and life can lead to improved well-being and productivity. It's essential to listen to your body and make adjustments to cultivate a healthier lifestyle.

thank you for slide 7! I had that problem last week. I wasn't drinking caffeine late in the day or anything but couldn't go to sleep one night. I'm assuming because I wasn't letting myself go into relax mode I was trying to stay in work mode. definitely prioritizing rest now!❤️
