My Secret Subway Hack for Weight Loss: Stays Full

Hey zesties! 🌿 I’m at the stage where i cannot lose anymore weight with calorie deficit. I constantly feel like snacking :(. This Subway build has been my lifesaver!! keeps me full for the night without feeling heavy + helps with weight loss surprisingly

My exact order:

• 6-inch Wheat bread

• Roasted Chicken Breast

• 1 scoop mushrooms

• NO CHEESE

• Pickles + JalapeƱos (my chili sauce hack!)

• Onions (any other vegetable you like)

• Mustard sauce ONLY

Why it works:

• ~300-350 calories (super low for a filling meal!)

• 25g+ protein from the chicken → kills cravings & supports muscle

• Fiber from wheat + tons of veggies → stays satisfied longer

• No creamy sauces/cheese = low fat, no guilt
