Many educators face challenges when transitioning between different roles, and it's crucial to maintain one's passion for teaching. Research shows that a teacher's enthusiasm significantly influences student engagement and learning outcomes. When teachers like Claudia Vazquez shift focus back to the classroom, they often rediscover the joy of fostering children's growth and development.
