Upper body workout today
I definitely haven’t been feeling the gym lately. I had to force myself to get through this. I attempted upper body yesterday, but I was feeling very sick and failed 20lb chest presses. Not dumbbell bench, machine chest press. I called it a night and decided I’d go and retry everything today.
