ในประสบการณ์ของผมในโลกธุรกิจ การเชื่อมั่นในกฎแห่งกรรมและการสร้างเครือข่ายความดีจริง ๆ มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในระยะยาวอย่างมาก ผมเคยเห็นหลายคนที่พยายามใช้วิธีเอาเปรียบหรือโกงในช่วงแรก ๆ อาจจะได้กำไรมาก แต่ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว สิ่งเหล่านั้นมักนำมาซึ่งความเสียหายทั้งชื่อเสียงและโอกาสทางธุรกิจ เนื่องจากโลกธุรกิจทุกวันนี้เน้นที่การทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมและความไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน ผมเองจึงให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้เวลาอย่างน้อยวันละ 10 นาทีเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นแบบไม่หวังผลตอบแทน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการให้คำแนะนำ แนะนำงาน หรือแชร์ความรู้ สิ่งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่สร้างเครือข่ายความไว้ใจ แต่ยังทำให้ผมมีภูมิคุ้มกันที่แข็งแกร่งเมื่อเกิดปัญหาหรือวิกฤตขึ้น ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น การเจรจาธุรกิจทุกครั้งผมพยายามสร้างสถานการณ์ที่ทุกฝ่ายได้ประโยชน์ (win-win) เพราะเมื่อลูกค้าคู่ค้าหรือเพื่อนร่วมงานรู้สึกว่าตนเองได้รับความยุติธรรม พวกเขาจะอยากกลับมาร่วมงานอีก ส่งผลให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจที่มั่นคงและยั่งยืน ดังนั้น กฎแห่งกรรมจึงไม่ใช่แค่สัจธรรมในทางศีลธรรม แต่ยังเป็นกุญแจสำคัญในการสร้างความสำเร็จทางธุรกิจที่มั่นคง ปลูกฝังความดีและรักษาความซื่อสัตย์ไว้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว ผลตอบแทนจะตกเป็นของผู้ที่ทำดีและจริงใจเสมอ คำพูดที่ว่า “โลกหมุนกลับของคนเห็นแก่ตัว” เป็นเรื่องจริงที่ผมเจอมาตลอด เพราะไม่ว่าใครที่พยายามข้ามกฎนี้ ก็จะพบว่าหลังจากความสำเร็จระยะสั้นผ่านไป จะต้องเจอกับการสูญเสียทั้งโอกาสและความไว้วางใจในที่สุด
