3.Create - Use knowledge through practical, teaching, sharing or creating works, because only the knowledge used will become the wisdom and power to change life.

ผมอยากแชร์ประสบการณ์ตรงที่ได้เรียนรู้จากหลายปีที่ผ่านมาเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนความรู้เป็นพลังชีวิต สิ่งที่ผมพบคือ การมีความรู้เพียงอย่างเดียวไม่เพียงพอ แต่ต้องรู้จักวิธีเชื่อมโยงและนำมาใช้จริงในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ เริ่มจากการเก็บรวบรวมความรู้ (Collect) ผมใช้วิธีจดบันทึกและสรุปความคิดจากหนังสือหรือคอร์สที่เรียนจบแล้ว เพื่อให้ทบทวนได้ง่ายและไม่ลืมสิ่งสำคัญ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมประสบการณ์ชีวิตที่เจอปัญหาต่างๆ เพื่อทำเป็นคลังข้อมูลส่วนตัว ขั้นตอนถัดมาคือ การเชื่อมโยง (Connect) ผมลองนำความรู้จากหลายๆ แหล่งมาผสมผสานกัน หาความสัมพันธ์และแนวทางใหม่ๆ เช่น นำหลักการจากจิตวิทยามาประยุกต์ใช้กับการจัดการเวลา หรือปรับใช้เทคนิคการสื่อสารในความสัมพันธ์ส่วนตัว สิ่งนี้ทำให้มุมมองของผมกว้างขึ้น และได้ไอเดียแก้ไขปัญหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สุดท้ายคือ การลงมือทำ (Create) ผมเน้นที่การนำความรู้ไปใช้จริง เช่น สอนคนที่สนใจในเรื่องเดียวกัน แบ่งปันผ่านช่องทางโซเชียล หรือทดลองสร้างผลงานและโปรเจ็กต์ที่ใช้ความรู้นั้นๆ การทำเช่นนี้ช่วยให้ความรู้แปรเปลี่ยนเป็นปัญญาที่ลึกซึ้ง และรู้สึกได้ถึงพลังชีวิตที่เพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จากประสบการณ์นี้ ผมเชื่อว่าความรู้จะเป็นพลังชีวิตได้ เมื่อเรากล้าที่จะนำมาใช้และพัฒนาตัวเองอย่างต่อเนื่องเหมือนการซ่อมใจที่แท้จริง
