Where are you all finding dates? 🤔 I am stumped!

I saw a post like this in a Facebook group, and it got over 200 comments—all the women saying they had no idea how to date, who to date, or where to date! 😅

Some of it became comical with the emojis! 😂

But I know underneath those funny emojis is a hurtful truth… It’s hard to find a date. 😔

But what does dating mean for you? Is it a fun adventure, or does it feel like a stressful obligation? 🌀

Understanding your definition of dating is the first step in getting what you want! 💡

When you don’t have a clear definition and intentions on the purpose of dating, you meet men who don’t have a vision. You’re stuck in a cycle of unfulfilled connections, still wondering how to date! 🔄

✨ Ask yourself: Are you looking for companionship, love, or just someone to pass the time with?

I help guide my clients through a very specific way of dating that I call the Circle of Life Dating Approach. ♻️💕

The Circle of Life Dating Approach helps them define what dating means to them and gives them a faster and easier path to what they truly want, which is a DATE that leads to love and companionship. 💑

... Read moreI remember scrolling through social media, seeing couples everywhere, and feeling a pang of confusion. 'What does dating even mean anymore?' I'd ask myself. It felt like everyone else had a secret handbook, while I was just fumbling through awkward first dates and wondering what I was even looking for. The truth is, that question — 'what does dating mean for you?' — is far more powerful than I ever realized. It's not just about finding *a* date; it's about finding clarity in your own journey. For so long, I approached dating like a chore, an obligation to find 'the one.' But when I finally paused to consider what dating could mean for me, everything shifted. Is it a fun adventure, a way to meet new people and expand your social circle without intense pressure? Or is it a focused path towards finding a life partner, someone to build a future with? There's no single right answer, and that's the beauty of it. Dating can be about companionship, friendship, exploring new interests, or even just learning more about yourself through interactions with others. It can also be a dedicated search for deep, romantic love and commitment. The critical step is understanding your personal definition. Why is this definition so crucial? Well, imagine going on a road trip without knowing your destination. You'd waste gas, time, and probably end up frustrated! Dating is similar. If you don't know what you're seeking, how can you expect someone else to understand it, let alone match it? It helps you filter potential partners, communicate your expectations clearly, and avoid those frustrating cycles of unfulfilling connections the original post mentioned. For me, once I understood what dating meant for my life goals, I stopped attracting people who were on a completely different page. It suddenly became so much easier to identify red flags and green lights. So, how do you figure out what dating means for *you*? I found that honest self-reflection was key. Start by asking yourself some tough but essential questions: What are my non-negotiables in a partner? What kind of relationship truly aligns with my values and lifestyle? Am I ready for a serious commitment, or am I currently more interested in casual companionship and personal growth? Journaling can be incredibly helpful here. Write down your ideal scenario, your past dating experiences (what felt good, what didn't), and your hopes for the future. Consider how a relationship fits into your broader 'circle of life' – your career, friendships, hobbies, and personal well-being. A relationship should enhance your life, not complicate it or detract from what truly matters to you. Once you have a clearer picture, you'll feel more empowered. You'll approach dating with intention, not just desperation. This isn't about being rigid, but about being authentic. When you know what dating means to you, you project that confidence, and it naturally attracts people who are more aligned with your vision. It transforms dating from a confusing quest into an exciting journey of self-discovery and meaningful connection. So, take a moment, ask yourself, 'What does dating mean for *me*?' Your answer might just change everything.
