The biggest revelation for me has been understanding the importance of creating systems that eventually work with you rather than requiring your constant input. This shift in mindset from working endlessly to maintaining sustainable growth has been pivotal. For anyone considering entrepreneurship, evaluating these factors is vital. Whether you choose a physical presence or an online platform—or both—you must weigh the time, costs, and scalability each path involves.
