Easy Keto Chicken Bowl
When I was on keto and even now, I used to make this delicious meal for dinner all the time! It's super simple and has little effort to make.
Recipe:
1 chicken breast
1 medium avacado
1/4 cup of chredded cheddar cheese
soy sauce (2 tbsp)
worchestershire sauce (2 tbsp)
cumin
turmeric
chili powder
garlic powder (or 1 clove)
paprika
black pepper
salt
butter
(use seasoning and butter as much as you want, just eyeball it. or 1 tsp each 🤷♀️)
1. Cut chicken breast into cubes while heating a pan at medium heat.
2. Add butter to the pan to grease and then add chicken. Add all spices, worchestershire, and soy sauces. (sprinkle the spices evenly on chicken or add as much as you want)
3. Stir fry chicken until cooked. (You can check by cutting one of the cubes in half)
4. Add chicken to a bowl, then cut avacado into cubes. sprinkles avacado and cheese on top of chicken and enjoy!
