私も買う前にいちばん検索したのが「146cm 女性でも着れる？」「ピケ 身長どれくらいまでいける？」「ジェラピケ どのくらいで届く？」の3つでした。結論、146cmでも“フリーサイズ＝即アウト”ではなかったです。 まずサイズ感の見極めポイント。ジェラピケのもこもこ系（福袋のふわふわパーカー＆パンツみたいな素材）は、生地が厚いぶん落ち感が強すぎず、裾がストンと下まで落ちにくい印象でした。だから低身長でも、パンツが床にべったりつかず、スリッパの上で少しクシュッと止まるとかなり安心。逆に、薄手のロングワンピ系は素材によっては縦に落ちやすいので、146cmだと「足首が隠れて引きずるかも？」を先に想定しておくと失敗しにくいです。 次に「袖」。福袋のパーカーみたいに袖が手の甲まで来るデザインは多いけど、指先が出るとスマホ操作がしやすくて地味に快適でした。家事をするときは袖を1回折るだけで邪魔になりにくいので、長め＝悪ではなく、むしろ冬のルームウェアでは当たりなことも多いです。 「ピケ 身長」の不安については、“体型（華奢かどうか）”でも体感が変わります。私は華奢じゃない視点だと、ウエストゴムの伸びが強いアイテムはかなり助かりました。締め付けがない＝おうち時間の満足度が上がるので、低身長さんは丈だけじゃなく「ウエスト調整しやすいか（ゴム・紐）」もチェックすると選びやすいです。 そして気になる配送、「ジェラピケ どのくらいで届く？」問題。福袋や予約商品は通常商品より発送タイミングが読みにくく、発送開始日が決まってから順次出荷になることが多いです。私の体感では、注文後すぐ届くというより“発送開始→数日〜1週間前後で到着”みたいな待ち方になりやすかったです（地域・混雑で差あり）。 早く受け取りたい人は、(1)発送予定日を購入ページでスクショしておく、(2)発送通知メールを見落とさない、(3)受け取りやすい日時に配送変更できるよう、配送会社の会員登録を先にしておく、の3つをやっておくとストレスが減ります。 最後に、低身長でも「着られてる感」を減らす小ワザ。骨格ストレート寄りなら、パーカーのジップを少し開けてVラインを作る、トップスは前だけ軽くインする、パンツは裾を少しクシュッとさせて“引きずってない感”を出すと、ルームウェアでもすっきり見えしやすいです。福袋は当たり外れがあるけど、サイズ不安で毎年見送ってた人ほど、一度試す価値はあると思いました。
