「深海ネイル」って、青やグリーンの“奥行き”と、光の反射みたいなラメ感がポイントだなと思ってます。私がセルフでやるときは、難しいアートを足さなくても「グラデ＋ラメ＋ポイントパーツ」だけでちゃんと“深海感”が出ました。 ■深海ネイルに見せる配色のコツ ・ベースはくすみブルー〜ディープアクア系（グレーがかった水色も相性◎） ・締め色に深緑や濃い青をちょい足しすると一気に深く見える ・仕上げはシルバー系ラメが鉄板。光の筋＝海中のゆらぎっぽくなる ■簡単3ステップ（マニキュアでOK） 1) 薄いブルーor乳白系を全体に1度塗り（ムラが出ても後で整います） 2) 濃い青or深緑をスポンジ/平筆で爪先〜中央にポンポンしてグラデ（境目は、乾く前に薄い色を少量重ねるとぼけます） 3) シルバーラメを中央〜爪先に重ねて完成。粒が大きいラメは“反射”っぽくなるのでアクセントにおすすめ ■「深海っぽさ」を上げる小技 ・薬指だけリボンパーツやパールをのせると、“海の中のきらめき”みたいに見えて盛れます ・白いリボン柄などのネイルシールを1本だけ入れると、セルフでも一気に完成度が上がりました（貼るだけなので失敗しにくい！） ・トップコートは1回で終わらせず、ラメの上だけ厚めにすると奥行きが出やすいです ■オフや持ちの話 全部マニキュアなのでライト不要＆除光液でオフできます。パーツを付けた日は、ブラシタイプの透明ネイルグルーを使うとピンポイントで付けやすかったです。外すときは無理に剥がさず、除光液を含ませたコットンで少し置いてから取ると自爪が守れました。 深海ネイルは、色選びさえ決めれば工程自体はシンプルで、ホリデーっぽいラメとも相性抜群。青系が好きな人はぜひ一度やってみてください！
