「結局どれがいいの？」って迷う人向けに、私なりの“選び方の基準”も書いておきます。混合肌って、乾燥ケアを頑張るとTゾーンが重くなったり、さっぱり系に寄せると頬がつっぱったりで、シートマスク選びが本当に難しいんですよね。 私が今回のYunth 生AZシートマスクで「これ、混合肌向きだな」と思ったポイントは、“水分は足すけど、油膜感は出しすぎない”方向性だったこと。シートのフィット感が良くて、液がたっぷりでもダラダラ垂れにくいのに、仕上がりがベタベタしにくいのが助かりました。朝のメイク前でも使いやすいタイプだと思います。 成分で見ると、注目はやっぱり生アゼライン酸（保湿）＋ヒト型セラミド（セラミドNG/AP/AG/NP）で、乾燥で乱れがちなうるおいバランスを整えるイメージ。さらにCICA（ツボクサ）やティーツリー、アラントイン、グリチルリチン酸2Kなど“整肌寄り”の成分が入っているので、ゆらぎやすい時期に「攻めすぎないケアがしたい」日に手に取りやすいです。 使い方のコツもメモしておくと、混合肌の私は基本5〜10分くらいで外すのがちょうどよかったです（長く置きすぎると、逆に乾いてつっぱることがあるので）。外した後は、頬など乾きやすい部分は手のひらでしっかりプレスして、Tゾーンは軽くなじませる程度にすると、テカりにくくて快適でした。時間がない日は「頬だけ集中して密着」でも満足度高め。 あと「どれを買うべき？」の判断としては、 ・頬の乾燥・くすみっぽさが気になる ・毛穴や肌荒れを繰り返しやすい ・保湿はしたいけど重たいマスクは苦手 このどれかに当てはまるなら、一度試す価値ありだと思います。逆に、こってり高保湿で“翌朝までしっとり”が最優先の人は、クリーム系でフタをする工程もセットにした方が満足しやすいかも。 購入先は、バラエティショップ（Loftなど）や公式サイト、楽天・Amazon・Yahoo、@cosme SHOPPINGでも見かけました。7枚入りで試しやすい価格なので、「どれにしよう」で迷っている時の“候補のひとつ”として覚えておくと便利です。
