私も長年混合肌で特にTゾーンのテカリに悩んでいましたが、レブロンのフォトレディアンチシャインバームを使い始めてから、その悩みが少しずつ軽減されてきました。このバームは肌にのせると一瞬でサラサラに変わるので、夏場の汗や皮脂の多い日でも使いやすいと感じました。 私の使い方としては、スキンケアの後に付属の薄いスポンジを使って、気になるTゾーンや鼻周り、毛穴の開きが気になる部分に薄くポンポンと叩き込むように塗っています。厚塗りすると逆に毛穴落ちしやすくなるのが難点ですが、薄く重ねることで肌表面をなめらかに整え、ファンデーションのノリも良くなるのでおすすめです。 また、酸化亜鉛フリーのノンケミカル処方で毛穴詰まりしにくい点も敏感肌の私には嬉しいポイントです。朝の仕込みに使えば、昼までメイクがドロドロになるのをかなり軽減できました。ただ、メイク直しに使うと少しヨレやすいので、ティッシュで皮脂を軽くオフしてから使うのがコツです。 価格も限定ミニサイズなら1100円（約3.5g）と手に取りやすく、PLAZAやLOFT、東急ハンズ、マツキヨなどドラッグストアで購入可能。オンラインでも@cosme SHOPPINGや公式通販で取り扱いがあります。持ち歩き用としても便利な薄型コンパクトで、外出先でのテカリ対策に重宝しました。 私の肌質はインナードライの混合肌で、季節や体調によって皮脂量が変わるので、一本で完全にテカリを抑えるのは難しいものの、ベースとして使うとファンデーションのもちや仕上がりが格段に向上します。試してみて、皮脂崩れ防止下地として夏の定番アイテムになる予感です。
