Iced Mango Matcha Latte
@Lemon8 Food Fresh tropical fruit screams spring to me. I was craving a matcha therefore I whipped up a delicious creamy mango matcha with homemade matcha sauce. Definitely a great treat to sip on 🥭.
Ingredients:
1 cup mango
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
Blend everything together (except the vanilla and lemon extract)and allow to simmer in a saucepan on medium low heat for 5-10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in both extracts. Allow to cool before use.
Matcha Latte:
Add mango sauce
Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar syrup
Add ice
Add 1 cup milk of choice
Add prepared matcha (1/4 cup water with 3 tsp matcha powder)
Top with mango cold foam if desired
