Don’t be THAT person 😒
Being a mom is hard enough without the judgement of people around you.
We know how our kids got here, we aren’t idiots.
We know our kids aren’t perfect but they are to us.
It’s not up to anyone else to decide how big or small your family is or what you can handle.
Being a teen mom wasn’t easy, especially alone but I got two jobs and raised my daughter to be a smart, ambitious and talented young woman and it’s okay with me if you look down on that because she’s the best thing I ever did.
Don’t allow people to cross boundaries because they will do it as much as you allow it.
I know I can’t be alone in this!!
What are some of yours!?

Motherhood is a unique journey filled with various challenges, especially for those who become moms at a young age. Numerous studies indicate that teen mothers often face societal stigma and personal hardships, yet many push through these obstacles to provide their children with a brighter future. It's essential to foster supportive communities that empower single and young mothers, allowing them to share their struggles and victories. By joining groups online or locally, mothers can find resources that help them balance parenthood with their personal ambitions. Support networks can be vital for mental health, offering advice on juggling responsibilities and managing judgments from outsiders. Many successful women who were once teen mothers often share their stories, highlighting the importance of resilience, hard work, and determination. These narratives inspire others in similar situations, fostering a sense of community and understanding. Sharing experiences not only helps mothers feel less isolated but also promotes a culture of empathy and acceptance among all parents, redefining what it means to be a 'successful' mom. Join conversations that matter by participating in discussions where you can express your feelings without fear of judgment. Let's build a community of encouragement and support for mothers everywhere!
