75 Hard Day 1
So day one breakdown
Workouts: 1 hour so I wasn’t able to complete both workouts in full only one. Not making excuses I will just do better tomorrow. I worked on my core and legs today. Definitely regret going this hard before a 12 hour night shift. My quads are nonstop quivering. I am proud that I started even if it wasn’t all that I wanted to do.
The reading part of the challenge is easy. I actually had to stop myself after 20 pages cause I would have been there all day.
My water intake is almost at the whole gallon I’m about two thirds away.
And as for my diet I actually have about 511 calories left for the whole day and I feel good about that.
The 75 Hard Challenge is a mental toughness program designed to build discipline and resilience through daily tasks. On Day 1, participants begin with two workouts: one intense and one outdoors, alongside a strict diet, a gallon of water intake, and reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily. Proper planning is essential for success, especially when juggling work and fitness. Keep track of daily progress and adjust your goals as needed to stay on track. Progress should be valued over perfection; remember, every small step counts! Embrace this challenge and stay committed for lasting results. This journey is not just about physical fitness; it's about cultivating self-discipline, mental strength, and accountability. By documenting your progress, you can reflect on changes and grow more effective in achieving your goals.
