Removing my twists!
I’m removing my twists that I did about two weeks ago. I need to deep cleanse my scalp as I have eczema and it’s getting itchy.
But I’m gonna do some knotless braids when I finish. I’m going on a journey of growing my hair back out to waist length after cutting it when I took my micro locs out.
Follow me for the journey and progress. ❤️💋
Proper scalp care is essential for maintaining healthy hair, especially for those with conditions like eczema. Regular cleansing not only removes dirt and product buildup but also soothes irritation and promotes optimal hair growth. Consider incorporating natural ingredients such as tea tree oil or aloe vera into your routine to help alleviate dryness and itchiness. Knotless braids can be a great protective style that minimizes tension on the scalp. This technique can be beneficial for preserving hair health while allowing for length retention. As you embark on your hair growth journey, make sure to maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, such as biotin and vitamin E, which promote hair health. Remember to stay hydrated and regularly moisturize your hair to keep it nourished. Sharing your hair journey on platforms can also provide motivation and connect you with others who share similar experiences. Engaging with a community gives you access to valuable tips and support along the way, making your hair journey even more enjoyable!
