It’s Valentine’s week 🩷

I usually love holidays. All holidays. I love themes, fun and positivity. But since I started focusing harder on my goals last March, I find I am less excited to practice my holiday routines.

I’ve been losing so much weight and closer to my goals. But this means, I have to actively think about what food I’m putting into my body. Less fun food to celebrate on holidays.

The money I usually spend on decorations and gifts, is being put in Savings. And what I do spend is on my (acting) career and health.

On top of that, just the normal everyday worries.

I’m really looking for a way to find the joy this week for Valentine’s Day.

... Read moreValentine's Day is a time for celebration, but it can also bring stress when balancing personal goals and traditional festivities. Start by focusing on self-love and affirmations. Consider healthier alternatives to traditional sweets and treats. Cooking a romantic meal can be a delightful way to celebrate without guilt. You can also explore creative decorations that align with your goals, using DIY approaches that are budget-friendly. Sharing the day with loved ones can be as simple as heartfelt notes, fostering connections that uplift your spirits. Taking time to reflect on your achievements this week can bring more joy than material gifts, allowing you to appreciate your journey and motivate others. Lastly, engage with online communities or local events that share your values, enriching your Valentine's experience with positivity and support.
