At 37 weeks pregnant, many of us reach an important milestone as our babies' lungs are nearly fully developed, preparing them for life outside the womb. It’s amazing how much the baby grows during these last weeks, sometimes even described as the size of a canary melon! Staying hydrated, eating nutritious foods, and light exercise have helped me feel more energized and ready for labor. For those around 37 weeks pregnant, it's also important to be aware of signs of labor, but remember each pregnancy is unique. This period truly marks the transition from pregnancy to motherhood, a time full of hope and anticipation.
