PSA!! I made it past my goal weight.
I celebrated with some pizza 🤣 🍕 and no regrets!! according to my measurements and my size under my loose skin (I'm being super transparent) I have an athletic build. the only exercise I've been doing is walking and running after my students 🤣 but soon I'll be back in the gym. This past May has been super rainy so I can say it's triggered some seasonal depression. But not too bad. I'm down 195lbs !!! *drops bomb* 💣 whoop! I'm in a size medium somewhat large!
my goal is to stay in a calorie deficit and limit lots of processed foods, and only good carbs. but mostly enjoy some cheat days. Body dysmorphia still triggers me some days (that's due to bloating) but yes! I can say! I DID IT! #vulnerableweight #bodytransformation #summerbodyinprogress #healthylifestyle2024 #embracevulnerability
Weight loss journeys can be challenging yet rewarding. Losing a significant amount of weight, like 193lbs, involves both physical and emotional changes. Celebrating milestones with guilt-free treats, like pizza, not only helps in maintaining a balanced mindset but also encourages sustainable habits. It's important to acknowledge struggles such as body dysmorphia that may accompany major weight loss, as well as the impact of seasonal changes on mental health. To support your weight loss journey, focus on a balanced diet comprising good carbs and minimized processed foods. Additionally, incorporating enjoyable physical activities can enhance motivation and overall well-being. Remember, the transformation isn't just about the scale; it's about embracing every step of the journey towards a healthier you. Engage with communities online that share similar experiences and challenges. Sharing stories under hashtags like #bodytransformation and #healthylifestyle2024 can provide inspiration and accountability. Embrace this journey, celebrate every win, and never hesitate to seek support from friends and online communities during tough times.
