First Time in Seattle !!

My friends and I went to Seattle for a Melanie Martinez concert and these are some pics I got :)

This was my first time in Seattle (and Washington in general lol) and oh man,, did it change my life. Not really but I would love to live there if I could. I live in Oregon, born and raised, and I love that the nature is basically the same. It’s farther north so there’s some difference obviously, but it’s still the Pacific Northwest. And I love that Seattle gives the big city vibes without it being a huge huge city (like New York or L.A.). I would sell my car and just walk around, and use the electric scooters lol. Id honestly invest in an electric scooter right now because of how nice they were in the city. You get around quick but you still get fresh air and you really feel the area around you. My town isn’t extremely bike friendly but there are a few bike lanes around and I could ride on the sidewalks for a bit, not too many people walk around lol.

Anyway, onto the pictures!

This was my favorite angle of the Space Needle, I loved it peaking over the trees and how it’s height shows from being a little closer.

A little fit check for the concert, I was trying to go with the Portals album theme (dark, whimsical forest fairy vibes lol).

My friends and I were in a rush to get to a bathroom so I was taking this while walking lol. But I got it pretty good still :)

(4&5) The ferris wheel was too good to not get as many pictures of it as I could lol. We didn’t ride it because the line was soooo long but it was fun to ride around and take pretty pictures :)

Our hotel room was on the 17th floor so the views were gorgeousssss. Surprisingly it was the cheapest hotel in the area when we looked lol but it was such a nice hotel, we felt very fancy the whole weekend.

Ugh the artwork in big cities never ceases to amaze me. I could look at it all day and the art in Seattle is no exception. I love how there’s just random pieces of artwork on random streets, it really makes it feel like a community that people are trying to make a little brighter.

The gum wall was a fun surprise lol, we didn’t realize it was in Seattle until the second to last day we were there! But of course we had to check it out. We didn’t add any gum but again it was just fun to see it.

There were a few weird people as there are everywhere, but the good outweighed the bad an incredible amount. I would love to live there someday :,)
