The weather in GTAV 😍👀
What do you guys think about this looks crazy 🥵
Hey everyone! I wanted to share some of my observations about the truly incredible and dynamic weather in GTA Online. It's not just a backdrop; it really changes the whole vibe of Los Santos, and honestly, sometimes it looks so crazy real, especially on PS5! One of the most common questions I get, and something I track myself, is about rain times. While GTA Online's weather isn't perfectly predictable like a real-world forecast, there definitely are patterns. I've noticed that rain often rolls in spontaneously, but there seem to be phases where it's more frequent. For example, during certain in-game days, you might experience several short bursts of rain, while other times it's a constant downpour for what feels like hours. I've been caught in some epic thunderstorms while cruising down Palamina Ave or navigating the tight streets of Little Seoul – the way the puddles form and the lightning flashes over the city skyline, especially around areas like Pillbox Hill, is just breathtaking. Rain isn't just for show, though. It significantly impacts gameplay. Driving becomes much trickier; tires lose traction, and you'll find yourself sliding more. This can be a real challenge during high-speed chases or when trying to escape a sticky situation. Visibility also drops dramatically, making aerial missions or long-range sniping much harder. I've had to adjust my strategies countless times because of sudden downpours. Beyond rain, GTA Online offers a variety of weather conditions. We have clear, sunny days that are perfect for cruising or enjoying the beaches. Then there are cloudy days, which can feel a bit more subdued, and sometimes really dense fog rolls in, reducing visibility to almost nothing. Each weather type brings its own unique atmosphere to the game. I particularly love how the game transitions between these states – it's so seamless. For anyone trying to 'master' the weather, my best advice is to always be prepared. If you're planning a heist or a crucial delivery mission, take a quick look at the sky or listen to the sounds. A sudden change in the wind or a darkening horizon can be your only warning. And honestly, sometimes, the best thing to do is just embrace it! Take your Bravado Baller STX (or whatever ride you love) for a spin through the rain-soaked streets of Little Seoul. The reflections, the neon lights bouncing off the wet roads – it's an experience in itself. So, next time you're in Los Santos, don't just rush through the missions. Take a moment to appreciate the incredible weather system. It truly adds another layer of immersion to an already fantastic game.
