A highlight from my current read 📖
This book is challenging me. I have struggled to bring balance in my life and now I again feel torn between discipline and balance, because it worships going out and beyond. Staying late in office or pushing to be the best version of yourself everyday. Do I hate the book?
No I love it.
Should I love it? I am not sure. It’s not hustle Culture but it definitely is about low rest and more grind
