I wanted to have some reading to tackle my negative thinking. I thought I was better than before but when the going got tough, my mind again went to negativity.
So I googled and came across this book. It’s a very old publish but said to be relevant even now.
So I started with it.
As a first impression the vocabulary is a little difficult, in the sense that I need to focus to understand, it’s not an easy read.
