I promote journaling and as a lover of all things stationery I love strolling through the stationery aisles of Target whenever I am there.

It’s an eye candy for me. My favourite few stands in the giant market.

All of these things help me stay in my calorie deficit, and stay consistent! I also think there are some good protein options here as well! Remember, being on a calorie deficit doesn’t mean restricting the foods you like, It’s all about making that switch AND having balance! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
