How to explain career gap in this bad market 🤯
I have been on a career break for almost a year now. With the market and economy being so bad, there is so much layoff and many people in line for the same job.
Every time I see a job opening on LinkedIn there are over 100 applications in each role.
How can I explain a career gap in such a place and hope to get a job.?
Yesterday I saw a post that said recruiters using tools to filter resume with gaps thinking these people might have been fired and might not be the best they can get.
Any tips cause I feel so scared that I won’t get interview calls because of my career gap.
