For me it has been mandala coloring:
Not my favourite form of art, but setting up a table to do watercolors takes time and effort whereas mandala needs nothing, just a book and some pencil colors or sketch pens.
30 min to 1 hour and the brain slows down, the noise goes away and life feels simple.
Especially as it snows heavily in NYC and NJ.
