Many find that during these early morning awakenings, their intuition becomes sharper, as if their inner voice starts speaking more clearly. Paying attention to these signals can help in personal growth and emotional healing. Additionally, the nervous system can feel more sensitive at this time, which might explain why some people feel unsettled or unable to fall back asleep easily.
