Ooooof another latte art fail. It has to be the way I temper my milk. It felt better today but I think I need lots more practice.

Just started this book today, and am already about 1/3 of the way done. Hoping it picks up soon I liked the overnight guest but it did also start pretty slow- but once it picked up, I couldnt put it down! Havent seen really good reviews on this- mostly 3 stars What are your thoughts?
