私はこの韓国料理屋さん「ドダム」に友人と訪れた際、ヤンニョムチキンの美味しさに驚きました。外はしっかりサクサクで、中はとてもジューシー。甘辛いヤンニョムソースがしっかり絡み、どんどん食べ進めてしまいます。特に揚げ物好きにはたまらない味わいでした。 また、チュクミ炒め（イイダコのピリ辛炒め）は、プリッとした食感に加え、しっかりした辛さが効いていてご飯が進む一品。ピリ辛好きな方にはぜひおすすめしたいです。私も思わずおかわりしたくなるほど癖になる味でした。 海鮮チヂミは表面が香ばしくカリッとしているのに、中はもちもちで海鮮の旨味がぎゅっと詰まっています。みんなでシェアしながら食べると会話も弾み、楽しい食事タイムになりました。 早稲田周辺は学生街ということで手軽なお店も多いですが、ドダムはその中でも本格派の韓国料理が楽しめる貴重な存在だと思います。これからも友達と一緒にリピートして色々なメニューを試してみたいと思います。店内の雰囲気もアットホームで居心地が良いので、一人でも気軽に立ち寄れるおすすめの韓国料理店です。
