Lemonade layers

-3/4 cup @unclemattsorganic Lemonade, No Sugar Added

-3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Or vanilla & skip the sweetener

-1 - 2 Tbsp Honey

-1 whole Lemon Zest

-1/4 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder

-Pour lemonade and Greek yogurt into a mini silicone muffin mold or ice cube tray and freeze for 3 hours or until firm - this will allow the thick slushy texture without taking away from the vibrant white color

-Blend frozen strawberries and strawberry lemonade together until desired texture. Feel free to add more juice if needed

-Pour into bottom of a cup / jar, and place in the freezer while you prepare next layers

-Blend all ingredients for the white layer together. Add a splash of lemonade to help breakdown the frozen ingredients

-Leave half the white mixture in the blender while you pour the white slushie overtop the red

-Then, add your blue spirulina powder and blend again until desired shade of blue is achieved

-Pour overtop white layer and enjoy right away!

*If you're ok with an off white color (slightly more yellow) you can use frozen pineapple and lemonade for the white & blue layers! 2 cups frozen pineapple with ~ 3/4 cup no sugar added lemonade, and add the blue spirulina to half the batch
