「仙豆のちから 関内」「ドライヘッドスパ 関内」で探している人向けに、私が行く前に知りたかったポイントをまとめます。 まず場所は関内駅から本当に近くて、仕事終わりや用事のついでに寄りやすいのが助かりました。ビル自体は“よくある街中の建物”なのに、5階に上がって扉を開けた瞬間、木目調の内装とグリーンが見えて一気に空気が変わります。通路も落ち着いた雰囲気で、カーテンで区切られた施術スペースが並んでいて、視線が気になりにくいのも安心でした。 私が受けたのはドライヘッドスパ60分。ドライなので髪を濡らさずに受けられて、予定の合間でも行きやすいです。リクライニングチェア（ほぼベッド）がふかふかで、座った時点で体が沈む感じがあって、ここで「寝落ち不可避」ってこういうことか…と納得しました。 施術は頭だけじゃなく、背中〜鎖骨・腕にもアプローチがあって、じわっと押される圧が気持ちいいタイプ。しかも頭皮以外は基本タオル越しで触れてくれるので、肌に直接触れられるのが苦手な人でもハードルが低いと思います。個人的には、直接触れないことで余計な刺激が少なくなって、より“熟睡体験”に入りやすかったです。 オプションで良かったのが「目元温め」と「炭酸スプレー」。目元温めはほんのりあずきっぽい香りで、呼吸が深くなる感じ。スマホやPCで目が疲れている時ほど、じんわり効きます。炭酸スプレーは逆にスカッと切り替わるので、ゆるみっぱなしで終わるのが苦手な人にも相性良さそう。 行く前のコツとしては、できれば施術後は予定を詰めすぎないのがおすすめ。私は終わったあと、頭が軽いのにぼーっと幸せな感じが残りました。関内でドライヘッドスパを探しているなら、アクセスの良さと空間のギャップ、そして寝落ちしそうになる心地よさで、一度試す価値ありです。
